For 2010, we have made some changes to our service plans and are now providing FREE quarterly training sessions to clients on the Premium Service Plan.
If you are not currently on a service plan, you do have the option to attend the training sessions at the regular fee of $150 an hour. To renew your service plan and attend the training sessions for FREE, please contact your CSR at 800.637.2727.
Payment Process
Major credit cards accepted. After completing the registration form, an Axium Representative will contact you for payment.
Payment for each training session must be received prior to the distribution
of session materials. A credit card is required for payment. If you must cancel
for any reason, please notify us before 5pm (Pacific Time) the date prior to your
scheduled training session. Your registration fee will be refunded, less a $75 processing
fee (training sessions less than one hour are not eligible for refund). No refunds
will be given if you cancel the day of the training session.
